I have recently been trying to improve my eating habits by swapping unhealthy food such as crisps and sweets for healthier alternatives such as fruit and nuts. I’m beginning to realise just how important it is to put nutritious food into my body (it has only taken me 28 years!) and take care of it. Something I struggle with throughout the day is a lack of energy, usually by mid afternoon I feel like I could go to sleep and have little to no energy which in turn affects my productivity and mood. Luckily for me I recently came across the below infographic by Citrix GoToMeeting, it lists 15 snacks to help boost mood and productivity. My personal favourite from the list is crackers and hummus, especially the hint of sweet chilli variety – YUM! If you’re like me and find yourself lacking energy or needing a sugary snack mid afternoon the snack ideas might just save the day and help combat that mid afternoon energy slump.

    I am trying to lose weight ready for my big day (hopefully next Summer) so I will certainly be trying some of these out as I am a notorious snacker too and I eat so much rubbish.
