Celebrating Halloween with Aldi

Halloween is fast approaching and I for one can’t wait! I love Halloween and every year since Maxx was young we have all had a little Halloween party with spooky treats, costumes and scary Halloween props.

Looking for Halloween costumes can be timely and expensive. Thankfully from the 3rd of October you will be able to buy your Halloween costumes and accessories from Aldi as part of their monthly Special Buys!

There is a fantastic range of costumes available for both adults and children. For the adults there’s the choice of a witch, a vampire or a spooky skeleton priced at just £7.99. For the little ones you can choose from a pumpkin, a cat, a witch, a vampire or a skeleton for only £3.99.

Maxx received the pumpkin costume to try, a packet of glow sticks and some Halloween tinsel. The pumpkin costume is really cute and colourful, it also includes an orange and yellow striped hat to finish off the look. The costume is easy to put on and take off as it slips over the head and is then fastened at the back with two velcro tabs. Maxx said it was comfortable to wear and he was able to move around and bend easily when wearing it. We love the big googly eyes and goofy smile, it is a really cute fun costume and I would recommend it if your little one wants to be a pumpkin or if you’re just looking for that cute Halloween costume.

As well as the Halloween costumes there are also lots of spooky accessories available starting at just £0.89. There are glow sticks, a spooky torch, bunting, tinsel and gel stickers. Maxx is a huge fan of glow sticks and I have lost count of how many he has had this year alone! We will be using the glow sticks (the remaining 4) and tinsel to decorate the room for Halloween

Here are a couple of pictures of Maxx sporting the pumpkin costume.
