No Added salt is the UKs first range of nutritional frozen ready meals especially designed for children. The meals have been developed with a leading paediatric dietitian to be full of goodness without any added salt, preservatives, additives and flavours.
No Added Salt gives a convenient and healthy option at dinner time.
Maxx was sent two of the meals to try. The Spaghetti & Meatballs and Sausage & Mash.
The spaghetti & Meatballs looks very appetising and has plenty of sauce to give the spaghetti flavour. Maxx is a big lover of meatballs so when he was given his dinner to try he go stuck straight in. He said the spaghetti and sauce was really nice and he enjoyed the meatballs also, he said the meatballs were a little spicy. I tastes some of the meal and the meatballs have a lot of flavour, the spaghetti is lovely too not rubbery at all.
The Sausage & Mash meal smelt lovely whilst cooking and looked lovely too. I was tempted to eat it and give Maxx something else! The sausages were well cooked and the mash is of a lovely consistency and surprisingly lump free. I had a taste and have to say it really is delicious, the sausages have a lot of flavour and the mash is lovely and creamy. Maxx thought so too and polished off most of it, I think this one was his favourite and we will be trying other meals in the range.
The full No Added Salt range includes dishes such as Sausage and Mash, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Curry, Spaghetti Bolognese, Tomato Penne and Chicken Casserole.
