Long overdue is week four’s Perk Up Your Summer mystery box.

If you have followed my Perk Up Your Summer week one, week two and week three’s posts you’ll know that the lovely people over at Perk!er have been sending me a mystery box each week to help me enjoy summer a little bit more and the boxes certainly did that.

Week fours box was a bit of a blast from the past, something that is a great game to play as a family or with friends, you can get a bit twisted though. It was of course Twister which is a fantastic, fun family game that’s sure to cause lots of laughs.

Of course, my nephew spotted the game straight away and wanted to play, he had never seen Twister before and was bursting to play it. He had a great time twisting himself into lots of funny positions, as did I and he thought it was hilarious when either of us got stuck or fell over – which happened quite a lot!

I have really enjoyed playing Twister, it has made an appearance on several occasions now and never fails to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves. As well as having been great fun throughout summer I’m sure we will be playing it throughout winter too.

As well as the fun twister game I was sent a selection of delicious Perk!er snacks. I received some delicious Rocky Road snack bars and my favourite Tiffin bars – Mmmm.

When I first started the Perk up Your Summer Campaign I had a false belief that healthier foods meant less taste. This is certainly not the case with Perk!er, I have tried the porridge and snack bars and both of those products are full of flavour.

A huge thank you to Perk!er for sending the mystery boxes as it’s been a fun and exciting four weeks waiting for the parcel to arrive and then being able to enjoy the content.
