Slimavite – Week 3

 

So that’s it! My 3 weeks on the Slimavite  Rapid Weight Loss Plan have come to an end.

I am not going to lie I have found it tough at times. I struggled to like the texture and taste of the milkshakes (I’m not a big milkshake lover) but I stuck with it and am really pleased with the results. Not only have I lost weight but I have went from a size 14 to a size 12! Something which I had given up hope of doing!

Over the last week I have made more of an effort to fit exercise into my day. I have been using the 30 Day Shred DVD by Jillian Michael, it’s only 25 minutes which is great as I can fit it in most days. I have also been going out for short walks with my nephew, every little helps.

I would recommend Slimavite to people who want to loss weight quickly. The Bite Plan is easy to follow and and the shakes are quick and easy to make meaning it’s a good diet for people on the go.

It really has kick started my weight loss after I came back off holiday. I will now be continuing with my healthy eating by adding a lot more fruit and vegetables into my diet and making sure I get the recommended 8 glasses of water each day.

So without further ado here are my results!

Weight Lost: 2lbs
 
Total weight loss: 9lbs
