A bite is a nutritionally balanced unit of food equal to roughly 200 calories. An example of a bite plan for a “typical” woman would be having a total of 6 bites a day made up of 2 shakes (breakfast & lunch, total 2 Bites) plus 2 Bites for your main meal.

The great thing about Slimavite is it breaks down your food and exercise into easy to understand bites. A female slimmer can have up to 4 bites a day, a male can have up to 5 bites a day.
The meal replacement shakes come in 3 different flavours Heavenly Chocolate, Strawberry Desire and Vanilla Dream. The shakes are high in fibre, high in protein and have prebiotics and omega 3.
