There are a lot of things I’m looking forward to doing through Autumn and Winter. I really love the Autumn/Winter months, cosy jumpers, evenings spent watching movies and Christmas – what’s not to like!

With only 54 sleeps until Christmas I have been trying to get as organised as possible. I have already bought a couple of things but there’s still a lot I need to buy! I have been putting together lists of items I want to buy or think someone would like as a present. There are around a dozen items on the list so far, including; perfume, toys, aftershave, a few items of clothing, a watch, vouchers and more. I am always on the lookout for products that are made in the UK as I think it’s important to support local businesses where possible. I have managed to find a few lovely items so far, including; some lovely hand made wooden children’s toys for my niece, premium silk day cravats exclusively made in England which will be perfect for my dad and some lovely hand made necklaces which are sold locally. I’m sure by the time it comes to shopping for the presents my list will be considerably longer but that’s it for now!

I will be putting together some Christmas Gift Guides over the coming month to give you all some gift inspiration and hopefully help you find the perfect gift.

Like most people I love Christmas but there’s a lot more I like about the Autumn/Winter months too. I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favourite things about these seasons with you all.

I much prefer the cold to the stifling heat of the summer, but I hate it when it’s cold AND damp….
