This year I started Halloween preparations early. I bought items early in the month and set up different areas of the house to look spooky to see what worked and what didn’t. I used a selection of the items from Home Bargains to create a spooky Hallway. This is the area trick or treaters will see when I open the door on Halloween so I wanted it to look spooky but also be kid friendly which I think it is. I love how it turned out so will probably use the same set-up at Halloween.
I was really impressed with the range available at Home Bargains, there’s a great choice of products and some unique products I haven’t seen in other stores. I found the quality of the products to be second to none, the items were all well made and I’m sure I will be using the items for years to come. They are all so reasonably priced too with prices starting from just 59p!
I love the floating ghost, it’s spooky yet not too scary so is the perfect item to hang at the doors to greet trick or treaters. It’s priced at just £3.99 which I thought was a bargain. I have to mention the spiders (priced at £3.49), they were some of the best fake spiders I had seen, the size is great as they aren’t too small or too big and they look realistic.
If you’re thinking about creating a Halloween hamper for your little one there are a lot of great items from Home Bargains that you could include. I included the make-up kit in the hamper I created for my nephew so he could get creative and design some spooky looks for Halloween. The set is priced at £2.49 which I thought was good value considering it has a range of colours and will be able to be used multiple times.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a Home Bargains locally, our nearest store is just under 15 miles away. However, seeing the great range of items available I will be making a trip to our nearest store to view their Christmas range as if the Halloween range is anything to go by it will be fantastic. If you’re lucky enough to have a store nearby I would definitely recommend popping in to see what’s on offer.
Have you picked up any great buys from Home Bargains this Halloween?
