    • So I haven't posted my weight in three weeks. 🙈The reason for this is the fact I went way off track and was ill. I'm thinking myself lucky that I haven't gained as I was really bad! With just under 5 weeks until Disneyland I'm getting back on track and ready to lose some big numbers. I'm still hoping to hit 1 stone lost by my holiday, this means I have another 6lbs to go. It's doable! 👍🏻
    • I'm ridiculously stuffed right now. I always forget how filling baked potatoes are. They were so nice too. I scooped the inside out, added some fat free Greek yoghurt for creaminess, fat free bacon cut into small chunks, grated smoked cheddar (Hex A) and a generous sprinkling of garlic salt - soooo good! Not forgetting the salad for some speed. Food baby, lol. 😂🤰🏻
    • *waves* I feel like I have been away for ages and need to reintroduce myself. I'm a bit embarrassed to say over the last week and a bit I went completely off plan. I was ill for a few days (not an excuse) and have pretty much eaten every sinful thing I had in. I feel terrible about it but I can't change the past. I can however, make a decision to wipe the slate clean and forget he last week and a bit and that's what I'm going to do. I had a healthy food shop delivered today and bought no naughty snacks to tempt me. I now have an extra few lbs to get off but I will weigh in on Monday and update my weight then. 👎🏻🙈
    • The pudding of all puddings! This is definitely going to be my new fave pudding, especially at weekends. I kept mine as a toffee sundae style but you could add a banana if you fancied a banoffee sundae! Guess the syns?! Clue... it's under 5! 🍨🙌🏻
    • I really do love Porky Lights, nomnom. I'm still counting them as half a syn so this simple but tasty dinner was only 2 syns (including the ketchup I added after). Sometimes, simple is the best! 🙌🏻
    • Who doesn't love watermelon? I had a few slices after my 30 Day Shred workout today. The only downside is removing the seeds. I don't want a watermelon growing in my stomach 😂🍉
    • Yum yum and yum. Pudding tonight was a frozen rolo yoghurt, strawberries and a drizzling of salted caramel sauce. 4 syns for the rolo yoghurt and half a syn for the caramel sauce! 😋🍓
    • Gosh I'm getting so lazy with dinners. I'm in need of some serious inspiration! Tonight's dinner was another salad but with a tasty Schar ciabatta roll (Hex B). It filled a hole and was healthy so I guess it's still a win...
    • I started The 30 Day Shred this week. I had really good results from it last time and if I get anything close to that I would be over the moon. I will be able to complete it before my holiday in May and I can't wait to see the results. Im hoping it will help boost my weight loss too. 💪🏻

    • 🐈 Happy International Cat Day 🐈 I still haven’t decided if I’m going to get a kitten but it hasn’t stopped me browsing the for sale pages. It’s a great way to procrastinate - you should try! If you have two or more cats I would love to know if you got them together or if you introduced one later? If so how did it go? I’m worried if I got a kitten that Rua just wouldn’t settle with it. She’s fine with other cats in the neighbourhood so I guess that’s a start...
    • The weather has been absolutely beautiful, long may it last!☀️ I spent Saturday at the lovely Cotswold Country Park & Beach with my sister, nephew and one of his friends. I would highly recommend a visit if you get the chance. It has a lovely inland beach area where you can go for a swim with lifeguards on duty. There are two playparks, a high ropes course, boats, water sports, and a massive inflatable obstacle course on the water. It’s also great for dogs. Unless of course your sisters’s dog slips his collar and invades the no dogs allowed beach 🙈(swipe to see his great escape). There is an area where dogs can swim and plenty of walking areas. Do book online though as on the day we went it was fully booked and people were getting turned away at the gate. Most activities can be booked online including car parking and it’s not overly expensive either. If you book two tickets for Aquaventure you get free parking which is a bargain!
    • Blue skies and sunshine.☀️ I took this snap on Sunday when I was looking after my nephew and my sister’s dog - Storm. They live in a lovely little village with so much gorgeous countryside on their doorstep. There were a few mishaps... 1. The dog ate through his lead 2. The dog also ate his water bowl 3. I fell over and grass stained my knees (normal behaviour for me 😂)
    • Why hello... long time no see! I have been a little quite over here for the last couple of months but I’m hoping to change that and start posting regularly. Apparently today is national selfie day...what a day to be alive lol. My photo is a bit of a cheat as it isn’t a selfie but hey ho! Anyone else glad tomorrow is Friday?!
    • Look how much my sisters puppy Storm has grown! This photo was from last week when we all took a trip to the local nature reserve. I’m hoping the good weather continues as there’s nothing nicer than getting out of the house for a walk.     • What a difference blue skies and sunshine makes! It has made me realise how much I’m looking forward to the warmer weather, days out and hopefully a week away somewhere this summer. Who else is looking forward to summer?!☀️
