I will be reviewing Slimavite for the next 3 weeks and I am so excited!
About Slimavite

Slimavite is a shake meal replacement rapid weight loss plan. There are 3 different flavours of shakes, Vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. The idea is to replace two meals each day with a shake then have one balanced meal.

My story
Over the last two years I have put on over 2 stone and was shocked when I stood on the scales in July and found I weighed 12 stone 8lbs. I knew at that point I had to do something about it and since then I have followed a healthy eating and exercise plan and I have lost a total of 1 stone 5lbs.
My starting weight is 11 stone 3lbs. I will weigh myself once a week and post the results here I have also taken some before photos and will post some after photos at the end of the 3 weeks 🙂Breakfast
Today I had a Strawberry shake for breakfast. I like how thick and creamy the shake is however the texture is a little off putting for me as it quite grainy.  I finished it all and hopefully I will get used to the texture as the week goes on.

I had a ham sandwich for my lunch.

I had a chocolate shake for my dinner. I like the taste of the chocolate shake as the flavour is stronger then the strawberry.

I had a sneaky taste of the vanilla shake and it is the one I am going to struggle with, I am not a big fan of vanilla.

The shakes are keeping me full which is great as I usually get quite peckish and can be found picking at things throughout the day. I can honestly say I haven’t been hungry today!

I’m looking forward to the results from my first week on the plan and can’t wait to report back on how I get on.

Let the Slimming begin 🙂

I think it is an acquired taste with the seeds in it. It does fill you up and helps with weight loss though 🙂
