Where the towering, green mountains meet the open ocean, the Amalfi Coast is an exquisite example of a true Mediterranean landscape and is sure to capture the hearts of all who visit. The piercingly azure waters, mirroring the dramatic scenery and pastel coloured houses make this one of the most Instagram-able destinations in Italy. A haven for A-listers, the region is home to some of the most luxurious holiday villas in Italy, while the restaurants are five stars and the streets are lined with exclusive boutiques.

Croatia is fast becoming one of the most desirable locations in Europe. The draw is quite apparent, the azure waters, pleasant temperatures and unique fusion of old and new. The vibrant streets with luxurious shops and restaurants are surrounded and enclosed by the historical buildings and artefacts – creating a charming atmosphere and place to explore.

Many visit Croatia to see the awe-inspiring forested National Park of Plitvice. The breath-taking waterfalls, tumbling amongst the luscious green surroundings make this one of the most visually pleasing sights you are likely to see. Yet, as naturally beautiful as this once in a lifetime location is, the history of Croatia is equally as captivating. The second largest city in the country, Split, is home to one of the most imposing Roman ruins in the world, and the heart of the city continues to weave amongst the incredible structure. No expense was spared to build the 4th-century Diocletian’s Palace, and the investment is evident as you explore it.  See the abundance of sights for yourself during a stay in one of the Croatia holiday villas

Quite possibly one of the most captivating sights in the world, the spectacular show of the Northern Lights is a must-see for many. The phenomena of the aurora borealis is best admired north of Sweden, where not only will you get to witness the green and scarlet glows dancing in the sky, but you’ll also get to experience the wide-ranging activities that the area offers, such as a visit to the ICEHOTEL and dog sledging.

As one of the most distinguishable landmarks in the world, the 19th-century Eiffel Tower never fails to impress. Engineered by the remarkable Gustave Eiffel, whose career is also famed by the Porto Viaduct, Pest railway station, the Nice observatory and not forgetting, the Statue of Liberty, the structure is a sight best seen in person, as no picture indeed does it justice. From the top, panoramic views of Paris can be enjoyed, while the first and second floor oozes the expected romance and charm.

The famed, unfinished masterpiece, Sagrada Familia, is one of the most spectacular sights in Europe. Taking over 133 years to build and not predicted to be completed until 2026, the 172-meter Catholic Cathedral is in a visual league of its own! The guided tour comes highly recommended, during which you will discover the history of the structure while admiring the beauty, which can only be seen in real life.
