Rinsing your hair with cold water keeps it tame and frizz free

try to wash your hair 2 times a week, some of the old fashioned, organic hair masks such as egg yolks could not only help/moist your hair but clean them too

Always wash my hair with shampoo and condition, ALWAYS use heat protection when using products that can damage hair, get hair trimmed regularly to ensure it is in healthy condition!

Don’t blow dry or straighten your hair too much. Let your hair dry naturally as much as possible

I’m all for less is more. No over washing, once every few days is fine, lower the heat on your hair dryer and keep the products to a minimum

I always use a little Argan Oil on the ends of my hair. Just helps to stop my hair getting really dry and helps protect it from heat. Regular haircuts, do wonders for split ends! I also occasionally do a hair mask, to help re hydrate my hair. Sadly, my hair needs top treatment to stay in good condition and protect against dryness!

Avoid shampoo with sulphates, which create lather but strip hair of essentail oils, avoid conditioners with silicones and styling products with parabens.

I like to get a trim every 6 months or so, as well as using cool or warm water to wash it rather than hot! 🙂

I only use conditioner every 2 weeks. I do a double shampoo once to clear any build or residue and once again to give it a good clean. I swear by using a bamboo brush too, I never get tugs anymore!
